* Please note that there will be mandatory weekly housekeeping and laundry*

For bookings of over a week - mandatory weekly cleanings:

$65 (for 1 bedroom. +$10 for each other bedroom. ex. 3 bedroom - $85) per week.

During the cleaning you get the option to drop off your laundry and get it done as well.

-Approx, $1 per pound. Up to a 24h turnaround. (Approx, $10 per week)

Famous for its architecture, night life and Broadway shows, Midtown Manhattan is one of the most amazing neighborhoods in all of Manhattan and we are happy to host you here! Come make our stylish, fully furnished 3 bedroom apartment your home. We are fully furnished and able to accommodate large groups.

Located on the first floor of a traditional NYC building, this 3 bedroom unit can very easily be your home away from home. You will be in walking distance to all of the major attractions (Times Square, The Theatre District, Madison Square Garden, Bryant Park and many otherS). A great option for families and friend a like.

Our unit is fully furnished. Our living room with its candle lit fireplace is comfortably decked out with a sofa(converts to a twin sofa bed) and two arm chairs. Large flatscreen wall mounted TV. Lots of room to relax after a long day out.

Kitchen and dining encompasses a very easy open flow. 

The kitchen includes:

NYC has one of the most amazing dining scenes in the world, however, for those who just want to dine in, we have ensured a stocked kitchen. Slice, prepare food and socialize. Dining area is able to seat up to 8. Additional chairs available. 

Bedrooms

First bedroom is furnished with a very comfortable queen bed. Beautiful space with closet space available for storage. You are welcome to unpack, unwind and feel at home.

Bedroom two is just as beautiful. Spacious by NY standards with a full over full bunk bed. This room is great for adults and makes a great space for kids(Sleeps 3 to 4). 

Our 3rd bedroom is furnished with a full bed. Sleeps 2 guests and is a great space for couples. Closet available for storage. Premium hotel quality mattress available.

Please note, there is a single full bathroom in this unit.  

We make every attempt to cater to your needs. With that we offer multiple towels, face towels, rags, blow dryer.

Essentials

Don’t worry - we wouldn’t leave you disconnected! The entire space is fully equipped with WiFi, so you can keep your social media feed updated. 

The apartment also has heating and air conditioning, so you can stay comfortable no matter what the weather brings.

No elevator. Only 1 flight of stairs up.

Culture, entertainment, and convenience. This would be the Epitome of Midtown Manhattan. Flooded with tons of fantastic restaurants, bars, nightclubs. Home to broadway shows, spectacular attractions( Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, Times Square and more).  Bustling streets with an eclectic and a welcoming atmosphere. 

Midtown is home to some of the city's most iconic buildings, including the Empire State Building, the Chrysler Building, the Hudson Yards Redevelopment Project, the headquarters of the United Nations, Grand Central Terminal, and Rockefeller Center, as well as Broadway and Times Square.
