NoHotel not only offers comfort and commodity but promises to be the place where you can pull away from the chaos of your daily duties. During these times, we must all be here for one another, and we are here for you; to offer you luxury, comfort, a place that is hygenic and safe, warm and relaxing. 

* Please note that there will be mandatory weekly housekeeping and laundry*

For bookings of over a week - mandatory weekly cleanings:

$65 (for 1 bedroom. +$10 for each other bedroom. ex. 3 bedroom - $85) per week.

During the cleaning you get the option to drop off your laundry and get it done as well.

-Approx, $1 per pound. Up to a 24h turnaround. (Approx, $10 per week)

Dear guest:

We are aware that concern has spread over the past few weeks. No need to worry: We have made sure that the apartment is disinfected and professionally cleaned. Your well being and safety is always our  main priority. The World Health Organization and CDC are updating us every day and I will comply with any rules to ensure you are safe and able to relax.

This place has an extremely unique setup and vibe using a mixture of a number of different styles to create a home that is truly one of a kind. You’ll love my place because of the unique traditional NYC living, the friendly neighborhood and the convenience of getting around.

1. Antique claw-foot bathtub with shower with all brass hardware

7. Bath & hand towels and wash cloths.

Efficiency kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, stove top, coffee maker.

1 Bedroom- $65 cleaning fee/week

There will be a $500 hold put on your card at time of booking for your reservation.

$1 per pound of laundry of linens, sheets, towels

We charge $1/lbs for personal wash and fold laundry service. (Minimum 10 lbs a week)
