For bookings of over a week - mandatory weekly cleanings:

$65 (for 1 bedroom. +$10 for each other bedroom. ex. 3 bedroom - $85) per week.

During the cleaning you get the option to drop off your laundry and get it done as well.

-Approx, $1 per pound. Up to a 24h turnaround. (Approx, $10 per week)

Please be advised that we have applied a hospital grade clean to the apartment in response to the current situation. According to the WHO (World health Organization) we should apply strict hygienic measures in order to keep the crisis at a distance. You do not need to worry!

This is a 3rd floor walk up. This means 2 flights of Stairs up.

2  private bedrooms. Each with brand new high quality mattresses, 600 thread count sheets, a mix of firm and soft pillows, and great comforters.

Fully decorated so you will feel like you are staying in a home rather than a hotel.

Spacious newly renovated kitchen with an open design and plenty of storage and shelving. You can find pots and pans, cooking utensils, silverware, dishes, glasses and mugs along with other kitchen essentials. A Blender, microwave, toaster and coffee maker are also present.

Full sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeps 2 people.
